When I acquired my first African violets in 1995, I never knew they would become such a passion for me. It's become only natural to want to share what I know and help provide a reliable, quality source to start or build your own special collection. I grow all my plants inside my home as a hobby and sell leaves for others to use in propagation. Leaves are an easy, inexpensive way to add to your collection or begin learning about the joys in growing these flowering houseplants.
This site is filled with several pages including my current inventory, growing information and troubleshooting, propagation instruction and a fun little blog I update about once a month.
**Just Added: A new page on judging techniques for those of you interested in entering your plants in shows this year. The files are in pdf format which are downloaded to view entirely. They are meant for fundamental informational purposes only. For use in club programs, I ask that you please email me for written permission to use them, and I can send you new files without watermarks.
**I have also added a pdf downloadable TEXT-ONLY list of my current varieties, which is found below. Please note that this list will not include notes about availability for each variety, so you will still need to check the main pages for that information.

I only send out leaves that meet my high standards and will easily produce plantlets for you. I also give away lots of bonus leaves, no matter how much or little you order! And maybe best of all, there is never a minimum order! If you only want a couple, no problem, and you still get freebies. :-) Also, be sure to check out the "Specials" page, because if you can't make up your mind, I can send you a surprise (my choice) group for a great discounted rate.
